I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mint Dentistry. From start to finish, the care and service my family receives is truly exceptional. They always do an amazing job from the time I came here the first time why I decide to bring my three boys. What really stood out to me, though, was the experience with my six-year-old son. He was extremely nervous and scared to go to the dentist, but the technician showed him so much patience, kindness, and understanding. They took their time, explained everything in a gentle way, and never rushed him. By the end of the visit, my son was completely relaxed—and honestly, like a different child. I absolutely love going to Mint on Rhode Island! I’ve been a patient since 2023. Every visit, I go straight back when I arrive - after laughing with the front desk - and get in the chair. Everyone is nice, warm, and helpful. My hygienist is so “ginger” and tender when working on my teeth😂, and she’s thorough . By the time the doc came in to review everything. she’d already informed me of my teeth’s conditions and future things to watch for. Just an excellent group of professionals! Pluuuus, I love that you get free whitening syringes every time you get a cleaning. Love them!!

I called to change my appointment time only to be told I didn’t have an appointment. The person that answered sounded sleep. I had my insurance verified any everything prior to my visit by a person in AZ because nobody was answering the phone all morning and she didn’t want me to cancel.Poor scheduling and customer service. Not impressed will find somewhere else that knows what they’re doing and cares about what’s happening in the front of the house. Didn’t even try to fix it she was ok I hung up disappointed.

Highly recommended! I looked at several dentist websites, called a few, and ended up here because (1) they answered my call and also had online scheduling and (2) they could get me in the next day for a new patient exam and x-rays. I had a great experience here on my first two visits. The environment feels more like a spa or salon than a typical dental office, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. They were very upfront about my treatment plan and its costs, and I appreciated knowing that info in advance. I booked by phone, but their website appears to allow patients to book appointments online (not just the typical “fill out some info, and we’ll call you to schedule” form that many dentist websites have), so that is extremely convenient. 10/10 recommend! From the aesthetic to the staff this a a great experience. Everyone was courteous and seemed happy to be there. They explained everything step by step. I was able to get fitted, same day, for my free whitening kit. I look forward to my next cleaning in 6 months!
