Minor Care Clinic

Like other reviews stated, front desk needs to be trained, lacked any courtesy or professionalism. I’m not sure she would have even spoken to me if we didn’t make eye contact, even though she saw me park and get out of my car before leaving the front desk window. I arrived at 8:32, the doors were not locked, the giant neon open sign was illuminated, and there was not a single other vehicle in the parking lot near the entrance. I was told the same as another review, “we’ve already taken our last patient for the day.” There was almost half an hour left before they closed and no one else there. I’m almost positive I have a post illness, post nasal drip cough that is preventing me from getting any sleep at night. Had a friend show up to the Clinic 40 minutes before they closed (9:00 pm). They turned him away saying they weren’t seeing anyone. When my friend called me, I decided to give a call up there to figure out what’s going on. Latisha answered the phone and told me they weren’t seeing anyone because the provider was ready to go home. I then asked her to confirm that they were turning away an individual who was seeking medical attention and asked for her name because initially she refused to give it to me, so she decided to hang up on me. I tried to call back and she delightfully ignored my call. I called from another number and Latisha picked up and gave her name to the caller I asked to call back. I wish there was an option to give a negative star review, because completely unprofessional

If i could give no stars, I would. Close this place down. Since 12:35 they said the doctor going on lunch and will be back at 2:15. Please help me to make sense of this. The receptionist, the young, small petite girl has the absolute worst attitude ever, as though she don't even want you to be there. But if there were no patients, how would you be employed? We have insurance, no medicaid, etc.....insurance from hard working people and she has the attitude like why are we here!!!! She has he her big nose up in the air like we are beneath her. I see why she's working there instead of another medical place. The entire time, she's giggling to another receptionist that I assume agrees with her on this attitude. But one thing is for sure, you cannot treat people badly or wrong and think you will

The ladies upfront were super nice, what a lot of people leaving reviews lack to realize is that just because they don’t have people upfront doesn’t mean they don’t have people in the back, like be logical, Dr. k super nice and helpful

This place is TERRIBLE!! The doctor misdiagnosed my child. He said my child had allergies and only swabbed him for strept throat. Strept test came back negative. My kid gets home and he is throwing. That’s definitely not allergies. Luckily I am a nurse and had a flu kit. Yea. He has the flu. I just wanted some steroids to be prescribed but I guess the doctors here are lazy! This place needs to be shut down!!
