Great experience yesterday. Dr. Simon is always very informative and shows concern for all pets I have brought there. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I wouldn't go any where else.

two years ago I had the best vet ever here that took her time to talk with me about my concerns and how to approach my dogs health. about 6 months ago I had my dogs yearly exam. the receptionist was in charge of drawing blood and she poked him at least 5 times and was moving the needle around while it was in his arm! the vet ended up needing to do it, I was not happy with the receptionist with just gouging my dogs leg, as she was very obviously hungover and a hot mess. This year the exam was well over $100 more than what it was last year, and today I requested a written prescription for my dogs heartworm preventative. Who ever was the receptionist today was exceptionally rude, had an attitude and tone in her voice and was very obviously bothered by the simple request and my communication.

We have been coming here for more than 12 years! They are so sweet and kind. They never pressure you into something. They are VERY informative and take time with you to make sure you understand. My dog loves coming here!!! We now have a cat as well and he loves it here as well!

Dr. Simon is the best! She is very compassionate and caring. She treats our animals like her own. Dr. Simon and her vet tech Katie came to our home at very difficult time in our family. Our oldest boy Miller had cancer and he rapidly declined, they both were very compassionate and comforting to every family that was there. I would highly recommend this service they provide coming to your home and patiently waiting til we as family were ready to say our final goodbye to our boy.

I wish we could give more stars! We are new puppy parents after 16 years with the same dogs, man it's alot but they are making his visits easy and convenient! The entire staff is great! Gibbs doesn't seem stressed at all with visits!
