My husband is diabetic and I always have a problem receiving his supplies on time. Pharmacy is definitely asleep on the job. Even when I ask for a supervisor to call me back, I rarely receive the call back. They never contact the Dr’s office in a timely matter in order to get the Prior Authorization Rx provided by Dr. Personnel always lie and throw the blame on the Dr’s office but they should admit guilt and apologize! They need a better system or employees who care about their patients’. Shame on you!! Let’s see this time how long it takes for a call back. I will definitely inform Abbott the manufacturer!

I spoke with Caroline about the need to have the sensors to check my glucose levels because I was out and Mini Pharmacy was going to be closed during the Labor Day holiday. I was given the opportunity to pick them up on site, which I did. Excellent professional service thank you. EPB

I’m type 1 diabetic and I have spent hours on the phone trying to get an answer why my dexcom supplies haven’t arrived on time. I get a different answer every time. Mini pharmacy is completely incompetent and doesn’t care that without my supplies my insulin pump will not work correctly and my blood sugar is high. Yesterday morning my blood sugar went so low I went into a blackout. I’m going to call a lawyer and sue unless you approve my order and stop intentionally interfering with my ability to get my supplies. You will hear from my lawyer unless you send my supplies. I hate dealing with you and I going to the whole world just how worthless you are as a company.

Update: After a week they called me stating they will no longer be sending me supplies because my insurance doesn't cover the dexcom for my needs and I need to get in touch with my doctor to see how else they want me to manage my blood sugar. Also to top it off they said I won't have to pay for their mistake. What a joke. I'm switching to a local pharmacy that will actually communicate and help me with my needs as this pharmacy is sad. If I could give this review zero stars I would. I've been trying to talk to someone about getting more sensors for my CGM and I thought I finally got someone and they immediately hung up the phone. I've been trying for about a week now so this is ridiculous.

My partner is a type 1 diabetic and gets his supplies through mini pharmacy. We have had so many issues getting his supplies. Most recently, we put in a refill request early October and hadn’t received any updates whatsoever. It got close to the end of October when he completed ran out of supplies and he called every two days to see how soon he could get something. Every representative he talked to gave him a different answer with no care at all about him having nothing. First, they said they would work on the order on Oct 31st. Then after not receiving anything, called Nov 2 to which they said they were working on it and it should be received by Saturday.
