I had an excellent experience getting my DOT physical here. The staff was incredibly compassionate, professional, and truly dedicated to making the process smooth and stress-free. From check-in to completion, the customer service was outstanding—they took the time to answer questions and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. Highly recommend this clinic to any driver looking for efficient service with genuine care.

I don't write many reviews, but THE BEST SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED IN YEARS! My son and I arrived on a Friday afternoon and found door was locked and they had closed 30 minutes earlier. Dr. Sophia Kennedy opens the door as we are getting in our car to leave, sees my son sick and tells us to come in. She then has to turn everything back on (even the lights). With a compassionate demeanor she begins diagnosing and running test on my son. He had pneumonia. She spent 1 1/2 hours with us on a Friday and after normal business hours and made my son very comfortable. We were truly grateful for her. When I told her how appreciative I was for her to open up after she closed, she said "I am happy to do it, I took an oathe to serve my community and I enjoy it". My son and I returned from a trip to Italy with sore throats and cough. Got appt within an hour. Great service and testing. Our prescriptions were called in and we were on our way to recovery. Visiting Mini-Med Clinic was a pleasant experience. We highly recommend this clinic

We couldn't be more pleased with our experience here. Nurse Practitioner Sophia was genuinely kind and welcoming. My teenage son had to have a camp physical and was a little nervous about it, Sophia put his nerves at ease immediately. This was also by far the cheapest physical in these parts at $40!

Just lost my insurance and needed to get staples removed from my elbow due to an accident. My wife found this place, and they got me in within the hour! They were all very nice and affordable, and the NP explained every little detail of what she needed to do for the procedure. Not only that, she said I had to keep three staples in for a few more days, but since I already paid, she asked me to come back at no charge to remove the rest! Much love and blessings to this place!
