Mini Apple Dental

The staff is rude and very unprofessional. They waited to the time of my appointment to verify the insurance coverage. The lady dentist that works in the office is rude. I was sent to Dallas to have some additional work done when calling them back to set up the follow up appointment for 2 days the lady Victoria or Veronica call me back after ten minutes telling me that they were not in network and it would take a month before they took the plan again . I called my insurance and gave them the dentist information only to find out that they were still in network. I wouldn’t recommend no one to go here!!!!

They have friendly staff the doctor is really nice as well. My kids have been coming here for about two years and it's awesome. They don't take long at all. I highly recommend.

Rude staff and unprofessional , running out of the building to tell us that we are late. Dr simobath Is also not professional yelling at a kid , and talking smack infront of them too . do your job. Keep it professional
