Mindful Release Massage Therapy

I'm kicking myself for not writing this review much, much sooner! Kayla is amazing and I recommend her as a massage therapist if you're looking for someone who is attentive, knowledgeable about body mechanics, and 100% professional. As an added bonus, she is also very personable and easy to talk to. In addition to helping work out all of the soreness and tension that my muscles hold onto like it's their job; Kayla gives great, practical tips on how to stretch and keep things loose in the comfort of home (or office) between visits. 10/10 recommend.

Listen, Kayla is absolutely amazing at her craft! Let me tell you, I had been in the Springs for 9 months when I found Mindful Release Massage. Needless to say I'm a regular now. Booking was easy and pricing was on point. Kayla listens to your needs and does a fantastic job every time. Her space is warm, inviting and secure. Look, just try her and see. 😉 💆🏾‍♀️

Kayla was absolute pleasure! She will send you a short questionnaire before the service to get your type of music preference so she can already have that atmosphere ready for you. She was super friendly and welcoming. Her pressure is very nice and consistent (pretty sure I fell asleep because I was so relaxed.) The room was super pretty and clean. She did an amazing job and I had such a wonderful experience 10/10!

Kayla was excellent in providing a good, quality massage. I have issues in my shoulders and she was able to use her knowledge to help the knots release and my headaches to lessen to the point I haven't had a headache since. She also worked on the side of my calf muscles that would cause me pain when walking and gave me some exercises to do in-between sessions and now I am able to walk with less pain. I highly recommend Kayla as a great massage Therapist!
