Christina and staff are outstanding. I have seen many different practitioners for back pain. Dry needling resolved my pain instantly and the exercise program has kept my back pain under control.
Came here for PT for my son’s back injured in volleyball. We couldn’t be happier. The staff are so warm and accommodating. The PT is amazing. As part of his PT he did some work on the reformer and we learned they also have Pilates classes here. If they don’t have class at a time you like, they will do a private session for two or more people for only $30 per person.
Christina and her team at Mind Body Physical Therapy has changed my life. I have been able to grow stonger both physically and mentally. This is a fantastic place to heal and grow!!

Christina was extremely knowledgeable and delivered a highly personalized recovery plan for me following my foot surgery. I learned so much, and absolutely couldn't have achieved this level of post-op strength and pain relief without the folks at Mind Body PT. Top-notch facility, caring and professional staff, and a rehabilitation program that is specialized to the individual on a daily basis. Can't recommend this place enough!
