Mind, Body & Massage Spa

I’ve been going to MB&M Spa for 3 years and I’ve never been disappointed. As a new comer to Fresno I was worried that I would not find a good place for a massage. I’m very impressed with this Spa and with the variety of options it offers. All questions were answered before I made an appointment. I like getting a message to confirm my appointment. It also helps as a reminder! Delia is very careful to make sure I get the best massage possible. My sessions are never rushed, and I leave the Spa very relaxed. I have always found the establishment clean, comfortable and calming. The prices are reasonable and I look forward to the Specials. I have and will continue to recommend MB&M Spa.

Based solely on customer service, I cannot recommend this place enough!. I called and left a voicemail stating that I wanted to purchase a gift certificate for my daughter. Within 2 hours I received a response from Dahlia who, as it turns out, was actually on vacation--she didn't want to leave me hanging without a gift for my daughter. After selecting a service, she took my payment over the phone. AND, because she couldn't guarantee that a "hard copy" certificate would arrive by mail on time (I live in the Bay Area), she created a BEAUTIFUL 😍 personalized image for me to print out and give as a gift! !SCAM! Do NOT waste your money. My son paid $155 for a package for a mother's day package. I scheduled for May 21st @ 2pm. I arrived at 1:45 pm. No one will answer the phone and the office is always closed. I have the order number and screen shot of the transaction if anyone wants proof

The overall experience was great. Yum Yum is very nice and the Masseuse is very attentive to one’s needs. It’s just awesome.
