Mills Pharmacy at McCalla

Debbie and the guy is always nice.Everyones always been so good me and my elderly parents.

My dog is dying of a brain tumor. This pharmacy said they could get her meds in for half cost than at the vet. I dropped off the Rx on a Friday and they said the pills would be ready Monday. I went in Wednesday, they couldn't find the prescription. Finally some woman came over and said they hadn't been able to fill the Rx and that someone should have called me. She basically shooed me away from the window.

I absolutely Love this Pharmacy! They are very quick at getting my scripts filled, the cost for them are way less expensive with and without Insurance. They have never made me feel like I was bothering them or mad they were working like other places that I won’t mention 😉( PUBLIX, WALMART, CVS, WALGREENS). I HIGHLY Recommend Mills Pharmacy in Piggly Wiggly for you and your Family.

I wish you could put some prescriptions on auto refill so you don’t have to call every month. I also had a second insurance and whenever I would go to pick up my prescriptions, they would always forget to bill my second insurance. Therefore I would always be told to come after being told initially what time to pickup my prescriptions. This happened every single month and they always acted like I was the problem no matter how many times I gave the the information. They never really explained what the problem was, but it was a monthly inconvenience. I eventually moved my prescriptions.

I was a customer of this one, and I remembered what I went through... Trust me on this. I'm a diabetic, and well... the inconsistent behavior after one of their other pharmacists left was crazy. Then of course they ended up hanging on to a card that I NEEDED before leaving town. It took an act of congress to get it, and the Piggly Wiggly store assistant manager at the time was being quite a snot about it. I made a consumer decision to no longer be the customer of the pharmacy.
