I wish there was another option for care. This place is hardly worth going to, even in an emergency. If you can travel 45 minutes for help otherwise, that's the safest choice. *Worth noting that Kevin Olsen is the only provider that has ever actually helped or shown care* Most recently, my daughter needed stitches. The provider told us they were dissolving stitches, but that wasn't the case. Weeks later we had to make a trip to primary care to have stitches removed from a squirming toddler. Minor mistake, but SERIOUSLY unsettling as a parent (what else are they getting wrong??) The emergency room does not have a call system for when/if a patient needs something. So the options are get up (if you can) and ask for help, or yell for assistance. I was blown off and totally disregarded as a

Horrible experience in ER with someone (PA?) named Robert. The first time, he acted so annoyed that I brought my mother, who was suffering from an uti and her NP had not gotten back to her. Second time, he again berated me, arranged to discharge my mother until she fell into a coma on the ER table. She later died. I actively urge anyone to avoid this person at all costs. Want to sue me, Robert? Please keep in mind that truth is a defense, you are lucky I am not suing you personally or MRH.

Bad experience with a PA in the ER the other night. He acted mad that I showed up the other night with extreme sciatic pain in my right leg. Lectured me on my health and told me this wasn’t a red flag emergency. My wife and I were upset being treated this way! I am never one to complain but this has bothered me and next time I will go south if he is on duty! The nursing staff was great.

I recently had a major hernia surgery there and I can't say enough about the staff ...from great food to the dr's and nurses.. EVERYONE deserves a round of applause..Thank you to all
