Miller's Pharmacy Inc

Try to support a local business instead of a chain pharmacy and no longer will be doing that. They aren’t usually very friendly but have tolerated it. Today was the last straw when I called to refill and whoever answered the phone was so extremely rude and gave me attitude and yelled at me when I asked how long it would take. Then ended up hanging up on me. Will no longer take my prescriptions here and will be taking many others to not support either. They don’t care about their customers and you are just a number.

Good service and nice employees

rude. unprofessional. disorganized, lacking in seating for suitable social distancing. an elderly woman was using a seat, so the handicapped had to stand and wait. indefinately. my script was supposed to be done at noon. i left work at 1:30to ;pick it up. one said, oh yeah, that's been here since 11. i thought that meant, it was done at 11, but no, that's when it was called in. i waited, difficult standing, i'm handicapped, and waited, and finally said should i go grocery shopping> she said, we have it, it' s just trying to get it to come around. what does that mean? they didn't even start it yet? i ran to Connies and picked up a couple things, but can't really go shopping, because there's no way of knowing when millers will be ready, and it's too hot to leave cold stuff in the car. i

I have used Miller’s Pharmacy for most of my life, have never had an issue getting my prescriptions filled and the staff have always been helpful and nice, however lately some staff have been snippy with customers.
