Miller's Health Mart Pharmacy

I called Miller's early this afternoon to ask them to transfer 3 scripts from Walgreens. The person answering the phone put me on hold and returned to say that I must have Walgreens call them to transfer the meds to Millers. I repeated myself that I did not want to transfer them AWAY from Miller's but TO them. She replied that yes, they have to call us. I told her that was not pharmacy protocol and no pharmacy will call another pharmacy to transfer scripts away from themselves. Why would a busy pharmacy take the time to call another to give away business? She told me she would have the pharmacist call me back. It's now 8pm and still no call back from Miller's. However, Publix was happy to call Walgreens to transfer the scripts and I picked up my meds from Publix 4 hours ago.

When the doors of Miller's Health Mart Pharmacy opened for the first time approximately 20 years ago I was one of the first customers. I met the owner Doug and his wife Susan and they're special people who own and operate the only pharmacy I've used for the past 20 years. I was fed up with the large, impersonal, chain pharmacies and the changing faces of the pharmacy staff who didn't know my medical history. I found what I was looking for in Miller's Health Mart Pharmacy and I strongly urge you to give them a try because you'll never go back to the long waits, changing faces behind the pharmacy counter and the impersonal manner in which I was treated. You'll find a friendly, professional, efficient and caring staff that I still use even after recently moving to Melbourne.

BEST pharmacy I've ever had! The staff are always helpful,Doug Miller the pharmacist really cares about his patients. Any other branded pharmacy IE Walgreens, Walmart treat you like crap! How dare I drop off medication there. The staff at EVERY Walmart and Walgreens pharmacy in IRC are rude and seem mad they have to be there. 3-8 hour waits???!!!Over a decade ago when I decided to use Miller's pharmacy, I feel treated like I am a patient not a pain. I absolutely love Miller's pharmacy. Doug really does care about you as your pharmacist. 100% recommended.

They fill my Rx in under 15 minutes every time. So nice to be able to walk in and just grab my scripts. I used to deal with CVS and Walgreens… what nightmares. Nothing is easier and more reliable than Millers. Staff always super friendly
