This office is amazing! The staff is so kind and helpful and go out of their way to make you comfortable. Im a little scared at the dentist since childhood and Renee at the Front desk is so genuinely kind and caring. The assistant Jakeema is AMAZING and shows she honestly cares that your comfortable and is so helpful and kind as well. Dr. Wilson and the other dentists are great and Dr Miller went out of his way to be sure I was numb and comfortable. I highly recommend them to anyone needing dental work from routine to full dentures.

Made new pt appt Friday (she gave me 4 times to choose from). Made it for Tues at 11:30. Monday night I had to go to ER and was admitted. Called tues am to cancel appt before my appt time. On Wed I called to reschedule and was told I couldn't be seen there now because I canceled less than 24 hours before my appointment time. I explained the situation and that I was admitted into the hospital, and she said that there was nothing she could do because they considered me a no-show for my appointment. I even said I could provide paperwork showing I was admitted. I guess if that's the way you want to treat people, esp when they have a medical emergency, it's better off that I find another doctor. You should probably too.

Shady dentists!!!! They’re really nice and personable except they will send fraudulent bill charges two years later. Just got a bill after two years of no longer patients and moving to another practice for care that we never received and was only suggested. They also are SOOO pushy for unnecessary procedures. They made such a big deal about gum recession with my permanent retainers and were so pushy in removing them. I’ve seen multiple dentists since that have said it’s fine. 🙂 There are more honest dentists down the road.

Miller and associates is hands down the best experience I ever had with a dentist...didn't even feel Dr. Williams pulling out my teeth. So kind so professional. Office is always clean and professional. Most of my visits after having my teeth pulled was with Charlene and she has been awesome. She has always had a positive attitude everytime I have been there. Because of some undiagnosed health issues I have needed extra care and Charlene has went above and beyond to help in any way possible. Thank you girl...your the best.

This office in Leland is the best. I had a flipper made & it was just not right. With no appointment, I went in & told Rena that I was not happy. She went above & beyond the call of duty. She got me back to see the person who took another impression. I came back at 2:30 & they put the new one in & what a huge difference with the mouthpiece!!! Rene is great at what she does & she should get a raise not for doing her job but for the efforts& kindness that you just don’t get anymore- anywhere. Thank you!!!
