Millennium Specialty Pharmacy

I picked my medicine up so I didn't have to wait for slow shipping. The place is currently a mess, but they said they're in the middle of moving/reorganizing and that it isn't usually like that. Otherwise my prescriptions were ready quickly and then wait time was minimal.

I get a compound ointment from this pharmacy. The last two refills have had issues. The bottom of the tube was cut when they crimped it. I took it in and they didn’t offer to do anything. On the next refill (which I have now) there are chunks of solids in it. I called today and told them about it and asked to transfer the Rx to another pharmacy. They again didn’t offer to help. What is with companies today?

Really needed a prescription filled before the weekend and couldn't go there in person to fill it. Called them multiple times over the course of 6 HOURS starting in early afternoon, left messages on their phone and website and zero response. Now I have to deal with this problem for 3 more days with no medication because no one can pick up a phone there apparently

Shut up to pick up a medication that was supposed to be ready waited over an hour in the lobby. At home discovery that the pump click system was broken, so I haven't been able to use the medication. Very disappointing overall.

I have been using this compound pharmacy for years. Never had an issue until this week. Jenny embraced the issue, fixed the issue, and went above and beyond to make sure I got the medication I needed in a timely manner. I am so grateful for Jenny and her care for prioritizing her patients needs.
