I was referred to this clinic to undergo prostate radiation treatment. From my initial contact with Cecilia to the consult with Dr. Umang Patel, everything was smooth as silk. I can't say enough good things about the entire staff ! Specifically, the ladies that administered the radiation treatments; Lorna, Sarah and Hailey. These ladies were very kind and sweet. They always made me feel at ease and comfortable during the treatments. I would highly recommend this clinic for your treatment.

Had 28 radiation treatments here and Melanie and Lorna are incredible. They made every day joyful during a stressful time. The entire staff makes your day better and I am forever grateful for the incredible treatment and service that I received. Truly they were blessings in my life!

I tried to call the office for THREE days - no answer. I left many messages at different extensions. No return calls. I needed my medical records for a new doctor. Finally, I took off work and drove 25 minutes to the Tomball office. They said they couldn’t give me my records because they didn’t have them onsite. They told me to call the office manager and also medical records. I went back out to my car and called both numbers. Both calls went to vm and I left some really dandy messages. I then went back inside the office and said “nobody answered. What now?” They were shocked that I returned. They started trying to call people and got Bridget on the phone. Lorna and Amber were great to have assigned to my procedures. We developed a good repour and had a uplifting exchange each day that I went in for treatment. They treated me as if I was the only patient they had. This atmosphere made the treatments a pleasure rather than an endurance.

While Doctor Patel was very informative your front desk clerk made our first visit a nightmare. My grandfather had an appointment here due to a referral from his prostate results. It is very unfortunate that we were not treated with dignity or respect even though this is outlined in your patients' rights and responsibilities. My grandfather was a little frustrated at having to pay an out-of-pocket expense as he is on a fixed income, he communicated this very calmly although a little disgruntled and paid the fee. We completed the paperwork and again my grandfather had a question in regard to one of the forms. We approached the front desk agent who was noticeably still frustrated from the co-pay outburst.
