Update: After my last appointment, Dr. Alnoman brought up this review and apologized for how my experience had gone and mentioned some of the causes behind my experience. I appreciate the steps being taken by the team to rectify this and am looking forward to my next appointment. My experience with the dentist is great but it is impossible to get someone on the phone to change an appointment. I leave voicemails and call at different times of day and get no response. I’ve been coming here for years but it may be time to go somewhere else. It heavily affects my experience and I just don’t know that it’s worth continuing to go here.

the doctor who does the procedure overall amazing, the amounts of times I had to call to provide payment for a balance my insurance didn’t cover is insane. they tell you someone who handles payments will call you back and never does. then they send a debt collector to do the job. very unprofessional to never answer the phone no matter what time of day or week it is or to not respond to voicemails. ridiculous.

Amazing experience here at this office. My teeth felt great after my cleaning and I got the clarity that I needed. I’ll be back, thank you all!

This place is a 10! I hit the dental jackpot. I came to town last week and was overdue for a cleaning. When I tried to get it done at my dad’s dentist in NM, I was told it would cost over $400 and they couldn’t see me for months. Imagine my surprise when I stumbled upon Millennium Dental Group. It was inviting, on a corner and I met the most delightful front office Goddess, Reem. She was welcoming, friendly, helpful and told me I could get an exam, x-rays, and a cleaning for $75! This is with NO insurance! Not only that, but she could schedule me the next afternoon. I returned and was pampered and treated like a VIP. The office is beautiful and the staff is friendly and efficient. I expected the doctor to hit me up with thousands of dollars of work but he suggested I brush more gentl
