Millcreek Primary Care

I had absolutely 0 complaints or issues with my experience today. Dr Watts is amazing and remembered "my story" from over 6 months ago. He is very personable, answered all my questions, and I did not feel "rushed" as I often do with other doctors. All the staff whom I dealt with were quite congenial and friendly

I absolutely love Dr Andrew & his staff. They go above & beyond. Dr Andrew explains everything with a smile & has the best sense of humor. He's very understanding, an all the staff are so helpful & extremely welcoming. He gives great advice in your medical needs all the time. He's extremely knowledgeable about what you need & any referrals or help with any specialty he is on it. I'm so so grateful for ALL the help they gave me on my hip surgery pre op & post op & anything I needed. I will continue to have him as my Primary physician for years to come. I've also referred him to several of my co workers. I highly recommend him to anyone who's looking for a really kind , efficient, knowledgeable Medical Dr. If I could give a 100 stars, I would.

I had a lot of nervous feeling, hesitation, and angst about getting a physical as it had been over ten years since I had one. It was awesome to call and set up an appointment immediately. The staff are always super nice, super professional, and welcoming. The facility is huge and always immaculately clean and organized. They are always accepting new patients it seems. I am glad and find peace in finally having a PCP.

I got right in. Everyone is very friendly. Dr. Watts is amazing. He talked to me on my level so I understood and answered all of my questions, adding suggestions that I hadn't even thought about. His personality kept me smiling through the whole visit. I look forward to going back and recommend him to anyone looking for a personal care physician. A definite 10 !

I have gone to Millcreek Primary Care for most of my adult life. They listen to me and won't do anything to hurt me. I'm in and out, and don't worry about waiting long. I can barely get my game to load when someone calls my name or enters the room. Happy to share my experience. :)
