I love staffs here. I stayed here for 3 weeks. And it was “fun”. For 3 weeks I don’t have to do anything except for doing VITALS. The only issue is that they don’t communicate good, sometimes you have to repeat your story thousands times to make sure they are the same crews to know your situation. I don’t blame on them, the staffs are changing everyday, and there were more patients to handle besides me. About those vitals, they would draw your blood at 4am and got ready before 6 am for Dr to check in with patients. Big struggle during those mornings. But everything went good as results. From admission to discharge, every step was handled with care, professionalism, and compassion. The doctors were highly skilled, attentive, and reassuring throughout the delivery. The nurses and support staff were incredibly kind, patient, and always ready to help—day or night. They treated both mother and baby with genuine love and respect, which made us feel safe and confident during such an important time. The maternity ward was clean, well-organized, and comfortable. Will be updating as the experience continues and following up with necessary parties. Not even one day and were already having major issues here. First I was told to come to deliver medication that my mom needs at 11pm. When I arrive I get met with resistance saying she doesn't need any meds and I'm not allowed to speak to anyone due to them moving her from ER to a regular room. The doctor said that it wasn't an issue to come past visiting hours since she was moved after hours. That wasn't true at all. I had to drive an hour and a half just to fight for my mom to get her meds that the hospital didn't end up having!! She wouldve gotten seriously hurt without this medication. I wasn't allowed to speak to a nurse care manager or patient advocacy since my mom has special dietary needs. I was

I had a procedure here yesterday, and I can’t express enough how incredible the staff was from the moment I arrived. Every single person — from the nurses and surgical team to the staff simply walking down the hall — was kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. I never felt rushed or dismissed. They constantly checked on me, kept me informed, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Even my friend who brought me couldn’t stop commenting on how supportive and friendly everyone was. Thank you to the entire team for making what could have been a stressful experience feel safe, calm, and compassionate. I am truly grateful.

I visited the emergency room for abdominal pain and had a pretty good experience considering how anxious I am when it comes to medical situations. The nurse was phenomenal and made me feel as comfortable as possible. Each of the bays was a private room with a sliding door so there was some privacy. I needed to have imaging done and the tech was great. As expected it took quite awhile from the time we arrived to get a diagnosis but I was not in a serious emergency situation. If necessary I would definitely choose to visit this ER again.
