Too bad there isn't 0 stars because we are leaving this office after many years. Office manager Sue is the main reason we are leaving. She never answers her phone and is totally uselesd. Dr. Manfield is the only reason we stayed so long. We should have left years ago.

Recently saw Dr. Reyes and I thought he was great. No problem with the office staff. Examined by a resident first and she was thorough. Then seen by Dr Reyes and my first impression was a good one. He scheduled a 30 day follow up since I'm a new patient so he can spend more time to evaluate my particular health situation. This was my first time there after trying for quite some time to get an appointment. Hopefully, I've found a new PCP. Not an easy task these days.

When you need them the most, the nurse practitioner NEVER returns my call. The receptionist are overworked. The one receptionist that I called asking for my medical records told me I would not receive them for several weeks. When I asked her why so long, she started yelling at me. I told her to calm down at that point she said switched me over to another receptionist. I asked her instead of faxing it if I could just pick it up. She yelled at me and told me there are others in front of me This office is out of control with no organizational skills and the nurse practitioner do not call you back even when you are in pain. Will find another physician

I have been a patient of Dr. Manfield's for the last 10+ years. I love this practice! Dr. Manfield always take the time to listen to my problems and we work them out together. The staff has always been pleasant and helpful. I do not understand why the other people listed spoke so badly. Perhaps they did not speak to the right person to have their problem corrected. I highly recommend this practice.

Run, don’t walk, away from this practice. Horribly rude and unprofessional front desk. Can’t even get them to give Dr. Manfield a note about a medication or have one of the Nurse practioner/ PA’s call to answer questions. Told I must make an appointment but they can’t see me for 2 months. Not helpful with a current medication issue. Find yourself another doctor.
