Not Good! Always Issues ... Simplest of prescriptions not available for literally days. Employees at the Milford Store refuse to reach out to Doctor's. I was told I'd have to secure phone numbers. In addition, majority of Employees have no idea about Customer Service. They are not Pharmacist; however, they are free to speak their minds in a negative about prescriptions that have been ordered by Doctor's. Lastly, they refuse to Text when orders have been filled. I have shared this with countless people in Milford, and find it stifling that a 4.7 Rating. Have spoken to the Owners before ever moving to this place and repeated conversations with them since. Nothing Seems To Change! Get some training and Get it together! CALL ME SCOTT!
Never open on store hours. They close at any given time with no warning. My grandmothers meds always seem to be a game of roulette. These are necessary meds she can't go without. The blame is always somewhere else.
Everyone here is so patient and tries their best to resolve issues when they occur. Convenient and fantastic service.
