Milestones Speech and Language Therapy

I brought up concerns about my daughter’s speech to her pediatrician and was referred to Loma Linda for a hearing test and ENT consult first. I voiced concerns to the ENT and they blew off my concerns and even laughed when they told me that they weren’t valid. I was then referred to another speech therapist who did the whole evaluation over Zoom and based off my parent report. They said she was probably fine and to come back in a few months if she hadn’t made progress. I was not satisfied with that and sought out an evaluation at Milestones after a friend referred them to me. We met, in person, with Jyll, who actually took the time to interact with my daughter. My adopted daughter does not speak much doctor referred her to milestone we had a few sessions was going until speech therapist Paige stated she does great during session and uses her words at her age level she then insinuated that maybe something is happening at home that's why she dont speak very much. I canceled all her appointments I dont need speech therapist assuming anything I need her to do her job, I called manager Amanda to cancel all appointments she had no problem canceling all appointments did not even ask for a reason until I had to call back and explain. She used her very nice voice to cover up her therapist rude comment. I foster children I will not be back at this place I have called insurance company and placed a complaint.

Very good about scheduling appointments and running on time my child love coming here.. Thank to Matt his speech therapist
