Mile Bluff Pharmacy

I have had the unfortunate experience with Mike Bluff pharmacy twice this week. On Tuesday I came to pick up my mother’s prescriptions as she entered hospice. These were sent over to the pharmacy at 1pm. At 6pm they were not ready and I sat an hour waiting. Today, one week later I returned to pick up prescriptions for my also sick brother. I called yesterday and spoke with a woman who told me they were filling them “at that time”. When I stated I would come later yesterday evening to ensure they were ready she assured me they would be. I arrived at 830 this morning and was told there were no prescriptions ready. I was then advised it would be a half hour maybe longer. While I sit and wait yet again, hospice is waiting for me to return to the house for both my mother and my brother. The re

They not bad most of em are friendly and helpful every once a while u get one that's complicated and rude.. New facility is great location but parking sucks and the drive thru is worst. Way to high and buttons and all are too far away I have to almost crawl haf out of the window to reach the call button.. I stopped using the drive thru...

2nd time with poor experience at necedah location. Called ahead was told the cost and that it was ready and it wasn't. Clerk assisted next person behind me before taking care of my order. My time is important also thats why I called ahead.

Way better than Walgreens pharmacy in Mauston. Mile Bluff Pharmacy actually has prescriptions in stock. Mile Bluff staff look for solutions instead of making excuses. The other store orders items after the customer brings in orders instead of having stock in advance. Sometimes waiting weeks. New beautiful location...Polite staff! Hometown Pharmacy for the win!

Usually don't have too much of a problem here until I call or go to the front desk. I don't know if it's the same lady everytime but its almost every single time i call i get met with a bad attitude on the other end. I see im not the only review on here that thinks so. She should not be on customer calls if she's going to have an attitude from the first second she answers the phone. This is not the first time I've had this issue by far. I know several other people who have said the same thing when they try to call. All I did was ask a question about my prescriptions then I get a snarky response full of attitude and before I can even respond I get transfered on to the next person who can help me.
