tried to provide my insurance for my pain medication, they told me insurance can't be applied to my prescription and made me pay full price (i had no choice, needed to bring it with me to an appointment with my surgical team). as soon as i get back home and use my normal pharmacy for the same prescription, my insurance is automatically applied and covers it in full. i feel scammed and i want my 60 dollars back.

I just came in to get a few supplies for my aching knee. I was helped by Christine. It is rare when you find someone so helpful and so generous with their time and positivity. She helped me locate exactly what I was looking for, provided some additional suggestions, and gave a recommendation based on her own personal experience. I found everything that I needed and her recommendation is working for me very well! Being helped do nicely was a true pleasure. A+

I called to see if I could send my prescription over to their location since CVS, Walgreens and many other places are changing manufacturers and only two mfgs don't make me sick or have adverse effects. I called and asked if they had the two manufacturers I needed, associated to the prescription, and without looking it up in their system, like every other pharmacy does, they immediately said "no we don't carry those." I asked what other manufacturers they carry and again the response was "nothing, we don't carry them." I became very upset (said a few choice words) that someone who works at a pharmacy would brush me off and not even look to see what manufacturers they carry so I can get my prescription filled. I have been calling and calling so many different places and none of them are car

How rude. Perhaps listening to someone’s questions before jumping to your own conclusion would help maintain customers? My husband and I have been coming here for our shots pretty regularly but with the rudeness who would come back.
