When my husband was hospitalized at Grossmont Hospital, the hospitalist recommended cardiac follow-up with Dr. Barvalia. He said Dr. Barvalia was the cardiologist of his in-laws and he said Dr. Barvalia was excellent. Subsequently, my husband has had care and a Watchman device inserted by Dr. Barvalia. I have also had a cardiac workup and calcium score by Dr. Barvalia. I'm a nurse practitioner and I have VERY high standards about an excellent doctor versus a mediocre one. Dr. Barvalia is excellent and the whole staff is very sharp. Very pleased with the care provided.
