Got seen 2 hours later when there wasn't anyone in the lobby. Front desk staff are great. The doctor doesn't know how to fix my kid. I feel she is just guessing what she thinks is wrong with my child. My kid still feels the same, no improvement whatsoever.

I loved my experience with Dr. Ringheanu she was amazing with my little 13 month olds explained everything thoroughly and then even gave my baby a sweet scalp rub to calm her down!! I haven’t seen a doctor be so sweet and caring! Front office was great too!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This practictioner really needs to either let go of some of her patients or retire. She absolutely does not show any care nor sense of urgency when it comes to treating CHILDREN, the most vulnerable population in the world. She should not be "taking care" of any children when she cannot even be bothered to look at their chart. My son's endoscopy results were in their office for more than a MONTH until one of her assistant's told me that my son needed treatment for the condition the doctor DID NOT DIAGNOSE OR DISCUSS WITH ME IN THE PREVIOUS VISIT. The last visit I had with her, she was just typing away on the computer and literally almost didnt say anything to me. Why even be a doctor if you dont care? Its preposterous that people like this call themselv
