My first visit the wait was over 1 1/2 hours. The second time I left after an hour and a half after my appointment start time. I arrived 20 minutes early and was thanked by the technician because that helps keep them on schedule. Really? I left without saying anything and you know I still haven’t heard from them. Sad actually, because the Doctor is very nice.
Having to wait over an hour between the visual field test and when you talk to the doctor no matter what is inexcusable. There should never be a reason have to wait that long.
