If I could give zero stars I would. After the way I was treated by Chris today because he didn't recognize my insurance and treating me as if I was up to something fishy and drilling me with questions the way he did. I have never been so embarrassed in my life! I left feeling very ashamed and in tears. I will NEVER be back, nor will I ever recommend this company or Chris to anyone. Thanks for shaming the patrons that keep you in business. Not only am I terrified due to sudden profound hearing loss, but the person we turn to for assistance would rather make a person feel like a criminal.. nothing at all like reviews posted. So here's the one star that isn't deserved. 😡 I WILL be contacting corporate to make an official complaint. Absolutely ridiculous.

Chris came in after close to work with us. He made a lot of effort to get my husband the best hearing aids possible and stay within the budget. It was heartwarming for hubby to hear the sound of his own footsteps for the first time in years. I wholeheartedly recommend.

Hands down the worst medically related professional experience I have ever had in my entire life. The condescending way this man at the south meridian location speaks to some patients and potential patients is frankly unbelievable. I will 100% tell anyone to find somewhere else to spend their money. This place is definitely NOT IT.

Been a while since having a hearing test done and considering all the the things I have been deprived of it was a simple pleasure to be able to hear something with clarity for the first time in quite a while so with gratitude I was pleased that someone has some integrity 🙏🏾

Fantastic service! My husband’s grandmother was visiting from out of state and broke her hearing aid. Gina got us in the same day we called and got the hearing aid fixed. Very satisfied with service.
