I had a wonderful experience at this clinic. The staff was welcoming, professional, and very attentive from start to finish. The receptionist provided excellent customer service and was friendly, patient, and helpful. The triage process was smooth and organized, and the nurse was kind, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Overall, the care I received was excellent. I truly appreciate how respectful and efficient everyone was. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality care and great customer service.

This has always been our trusted clinic near our home in Matteson. They had always been patient and kind, but today we had a terrible experience from the moment we arrived. The nurses at the entrance didn't like that I didn't understand what they were asking me since my primary language is Spanish. After quite a while, they gave me many excuses about insurance and other things. After more than 45 minutes sitting there with my child, a nurse came out and told me we had to wear masks because we had flu symptoms. I told her I didn't know what was wrong with my child, that's why I brought him in to be examined, and I pointed out that I didn't see her telling anyone else to wear a mask. She said no one else had flu symptoms. I asked how much longer I would have to wait, and they said they didn'

This visit was incredible. The lady at the front desk was really nice and kind. She was talkative and clearly a people person (which was an absolute bonus). Furthermore, the phlebotomist who did my blood work did a phenomenal job. She has me in and out no more than 5 minutes. Lastly, I love the fact that she even talked to me for a bit while taking my blood because I didn’t even feel the needle go in at all.
