Midwest Dental - North Oaks, MN

I was very disappointed by my recent visit. My hygienist was 20 minutes late and nothing was ever mentioned about how late she was. She was also very rough when probing for picket depths, so rough my gums throbbed. Then, I never even received a cleaning because they told me I needed a deep cleaning even though they never checked x-rays for bone loss. I’ve been at this practice for 10 years and not once was it discussed that I might need a deep cleaning in the future or were there any concerns with my gums. I will be going somewhere else for a second opinion.

I was very impressed with the Hygienist (Tiffany ). Explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. Did a very nice job! Very friendly clinic and professional.

North Metro Dermatology asked for a review. It’s a busy practice with good care providers but difficult to schedule with. If they make a mistake, it can take a long time to reschedule. Even as a frequent client/patient and you are late for any reason, they will charge you $75 and you won’t be seen. No wiggle room. That’s their policy.

I have had nothing but great experience at Midwest Dental! They are very kind and understanding. Would highly recommend!

I had two visits in one week. I went for a cleaning. I had a very nice guy. New to the office but I thought he was a good hygienist. Then I met with Dr. Carter who fixed a cracked filling. Both experiences were good. Thanks, Ben
