Dr. Greene is phenomenal. She cares about her patients and gives great attention to concerns. Involves patient with plan of treatment and provides education on dental topics on a level of understanding for each patient. Very happy with the care I received. Overall experience involved kindness, compassion, thoroughness, professionalism, understanding, learning and excellent customer service. Thank you Dr. Greene, Miranda and Tiffany.

The hygienist was wonderful. The new front desk staff is not friendly and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them with my question. They also overcharged my son and has been a challenge to get his money refunded. It seems as they are more concerned about making money than actual patient care

Went here 2 years ago and had amazing service. Super accommodating. However my last visit will prevent me from ever going to Midwest again. They knew exactly what tooth had issues and what issues it had. But when I went in Dr. GREENE spent MAYBE 10 minutes in my room to tell me she can't extract of fix that tooth because of which tooth it was. So my question is why did you schedule a visit for a tooth you can't work on? Just so you could get paid for a 2 hr time slot? The desk guy pushed very hard for me to be seen there over the course of several calls back and forth. Dr greene also sent my referral ONLY to places that were out of network but when I called back and requested they send it to the 3 in network offices I found they decided to only send it to ONE without me having any choice

The front office staff is very abrupt, unfriendly, and not very welcoming. My dental records were incomplete and they had to search for information before they would begin treatment. The dentist and hygienist , however, were very pleasant and thorough.

Dr. Greene is so kind and courteous. Very knowledgeable! We are going to enjoy her as our new dentist!
