Midwest Dental - Brookfield

From Kelly to the technician and of course the Dr., I am always warmly greeted. Waiting time is always short, and care given, be it just a checkup or a procedure, is completed with the patient in mind. Gentle is another adjective to describe the attitude towards someone who might be feeling a bit anxious about dental work. Cleanliness is also meticulously adhered to.

I didn’t feel listened to when I have gone and explained what I’m looking for. I got a tooth fixed and it has already broke twice in two months. When I got this done they left me with dried blood in between my front teeth and didn’t rinse it out. They sprayed cold water all over my face and down my neck for about an hour and didn’t say anything. I’ve had the replacement part of my tooth fixed 3 other times in my life and have never had an issue until I went here. They kept pushing for me to get internal bleaching done somewhere else even though my insurance wouldn’t cover that. I’ve never minded going to the dentist, but I would not recommend the Midwest Dental in Brookfield.

I'm having a senior moment and cannot recall the hygienists name, but she is as efficient as can be. Her chairside manner is off the charts, very professional, informative, and reassuring

Good service! They got me in fairly quick. But good lord!!! They're expensive! Nothing more than what other Dental office are offering. Had to pay quite a bit

Awesome place Dr. assistants and receptionist are truly amazing professionals. Dr. Has done a great service very thorough and informative.
