Midway Pharmacy

My first experience there was wonderful, very patient and explained everything to me thoroughly. My second visit not so much. I felt the gentleman was in a big rush and really didn't want to explain something to me.

I called for a refill for my prescription on the first. Was told it would be ready after 5 on the 2nd. Went to pick it up on the 3rd and it wasn’t ready. They never called to tell me it was ready. I called at 5 and was told it’s ready. I live 15 minutes away so it’s not around the corner. It’s pouring out. They are closed Friday and I’m not available Saturday. So can’t pick it up until Monday if I can’t get there now. Will be looking for a different compounding pharmacy for my next refill

My family and I have used Midway for years now and I’ve always been pleased. First Bed experience today, which was totally a necessary. When I came to the counter, the pharmacist was standing a few feet away. He never acknowledged me to me in anyway he made me feel he knew I was there. He continued, open bottles and counting them without the Slightest hint of acknowledgment. After 10 minutes and several bottles I left. Not the normal pharmacist I usually say so maybe he felt like he did not need to be friendly

Midway pharmacy is a local small business that is friendly, efficient and serves my need for a pharmacy with compounding services. Jessie who facilitates the compounding process is excellent! The team at Midway calls me when orders are ready and work well with my partnering health practitioners.

I have neon going here for years. The staff is fantastic and the are very prompt on new fills or refills. They give you that old time family pharmacy vibe for sure.
