Midway Pediatrics

Doctors and NP are great. They need a new front desk - I called today and it seems like she answered her personal cellphone answering with “hello” nothing else. Told me she would call be back and never did - I understand the previous day might have been busy but a follow up call the next business day should be made. Not to say my son’s school needed a paper from them and they never faxed it back to them 3 weeks later. Tried to say it was due to holidays but there was no holidays going on at that time.

Wait time is insane. I came once and waited over 30 mins to be seen. I decided to give it another try and the same happened. How is it that my appointment was at 11 and was taken into the room only for the dr to come check on us at 12. Definitely do not recommend this place very unprofessional. You wait more waiting to be seen than with the actual dr. It would be great if they were quicker because the drs are actually good.

Love Dr. Rojas and Dr. Arroyo and even the practitioners and the nurses this place definitely deserves a 5 star the only reason I’m rating it a 1 star is due to the only rude and ignorant employee there her name is Alejandra!! She has a terrible attitude and needs to find another kind of career if she hates her job so much. She tends to never want to give you an appointment at the time you request only morning appointments because she doesn’t want to work late I assume. Hello, most of us are working mothers as well and sometimes the mid-day or afternoon appointments are all we can make. She’s just rude and definitely should NOT be working with patients specially kids!! My mom would take me here when I was growing up and I never had a bad experience. I felt pretty comfortable with Dr. Arroyo and Dr. Rojas (as comfortable as a kid can get when they're at the doctor anyways). They were kind and I always felt safe. The only time I had a bad experience was in 2014 when neither doctor were available, but unfortunately I can't remember who saw me. I was a preteen and pretty soft spoken so when I was a little quiet at one point, she raised her voice at me like she was irritated - not a great way to encourage a developing child to engage with you. The entire appointment I felt like I was an inconvenience to this woman, but fortunately as far as I can tell, she doesn't work there anymore. Dr. Arroyo and Dr. Rojas would never do that. Dr. Michelle Rojas and Dr. Patricia Arroyo are phenomenal pediatricians ! Unfortunately, there’s always that bad apple that kills the whole tree, in this case ALEJANDRA is the bad apple ! Geez, EVERY single time I call or go to the office is always a HASSLE with her ! I literally fear when I hear her answer the phone ! I was taking my toddler to the bathroom and when we got out she tells the other girl “she cannot be walking around here like that next time I am going to have to kick them out “ and tells her to tell me as I’m standing right there .. even the girl at the desk was with a scared look however was very apologetic for Alejandra’s words and actions ! I was furious because my toddler wasn’t doing anything! I was so upset I couldn’t even stay for my son’s visit , I just got up and
