First of all when you walk in the receptionist is very cordial and ThoroughI. I never have a bad experience there especially since dentist has a bad rapport of people still being scared of going. But Dr. Sergio Vicuna;Midtown has a very unique touch very gentle. His voice is very smoothing and Carrying and he explains everything to you and wants to make sure you understand what he’s talking about and I don’t mean as he’s walking out he literally stand there and listens to you about dental questions. The hygienist are as well very professional and also ask questions and they are polishing your teeth and also very cordial. Thank you for a great experience

I was referred to Midtown Modern Dental Group by a dentist friend of mine. I don’t go to him because he’s too far up the hill. Sergio and his whole team are awesome. They explain everything, and will make themselves available if you need more explanations.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this office. During a routine dental cleaning, my permanent fixed orthodontic retainer was broken during flossing performed by staff. The retainer was intact prior to the appointment and was damaged while under their care. Afterward, the office was slow to respond and ultimately refused to take responsibility for replacing the retainer. They offered to either re-bond it themselves—despite stating during the visit that they were not confident they could ensure it would be done correctly—or to provide a removable retainer, which is not equivalent to the permanent retainer I had. They also insisted I travel 45–60 minutes to orthodontists they selected, rather than allowing me to see a provider near my home. As a medical student working long

I had to share my wonderful experience with Midtown Dental. Unfortunately, I had not been to the dentist in several years so I was very anxious & not looking forward to what was going to be needed to get my teeth back to being healthy. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel comfortable & never judged for not seeing a dentist. Dr.Barsotti is so kind & understanding & really made me feel at ease. I came back for a deep cleaning a month later & it was with Cassandra. She is amazing!! The deep cleaning takes a while & the entire time, she explained everything she was doing. Dare I say it was a pleasant experience! They have restored my confidence in going back to the dentist & I look forward to my appointment! Thank you!!! 😊

I’ve been going to this dentist for a couple of years now. I’ve had bad experiences in the past with other dentists. Not here, this place is super friendly, they know what they’re doing, and they don’t try to sell you on “treatments” you don’t actually need. Couldn’t ask for a better dentist experience.
