I truly love my Dentist. He is kind, patient and cares. I recommend midtown dental to everyone in the valley. This is the best Dentist ever. Anytime I have an emergency they try and fit me in as soon as possible. The staff is so kind and gentle they make you feel comfortable.

I will never come back here again. I made an appointment for 11:20 am, when I made the appointment they assured me that the appointment would only take 30 to 45 minutes. That would have been great, except for the fact that they never even called me back to do the procedure. I sat in the waiting room for close to an hour. I was told repeatedly that they were almost done cleaning the room. They never got me back. I had to leave because I had another appointment that I needed to get to. Thus is absolutely ridiculous. I was one of two patients in the entire office. Do better midtown dental, pathetic. Your comment is that you were busy talking care of another patient, but I was literally the only person in the office for over 30 minutes. At no point did anyone talk to me to tell me what was goi

I’m extremely disappointed with Midtown Clinic and feel like I wasted years of my life and money on false hope. For over two years, I kept returning thinking my gum issues were improving, only to find out later that my gums had been receding the whole time—and no one had clearly explained it. They constantly did periodontal charting, calling out numbers like “4… 5… 4… 3… 5,” but never told me what those numbers meant or that my gums weren’t regenerating at all. I now know that those numbers indicated serious gum recession that should’ve been addressed early. They told me to "keep cleaning better" so I could get braces later—but that moment never came. Eventually, I was told in just three short sentences: “You can’t get braces because your gums are too low.” That’s it. No plan. No referra
