My mother came there in December.we picked up her things and told them she is not coming back The ladies the clean her up. We’re fine. The PT lady was fine. I asked the nurse 2 weeks 1-17-26 since my mother was not eating to give her I’ve fluids. At that time she stated she had to put in an order because they have to get everything approved this was on the weekend. She said she was the nurse practitioner but did have her license. But my mom never received them. They had to rush her to the hospital. She won’t be going back there

I started working here about a year and a half ago and I can honestly say that we have done a complete turn around and I really enjoy working here and seeing my coworkers and the residents (and their families). We are one big family and there is never a dull moment here. I must brag on the direct care staff because they are A1 and because of them we ROCKED state. I truly appreciate each and everyone of them and know that I can’t do this without them. And to the admin………continue being great leaders and helping grow and florish!!

Stopped in to visit today and was immediately welcomed by staff with warm and friendly smiles. Lunch was being served and I overheard compliments on the food from the residents. The facility was clean and had a welcoming feel overall.

This place is horrible 😞 i wish I didn't have to give them even 1 star just to get this review on here. They treated my mother in law terribly. The staff didn't change her often. We told them she doesn't eat meat and they constantly kept putting chicken and beef into.her meals. I once watched her do her physical therapy and the young tall skinny black lady with a ponytail had so much attitude in her before even starting PT with my mom. Rolling her eyes rolling her neck using words thay were unprofessional infringement of my mom and I talking down to her and talking at her! This is no way to get a 84 year old woman to do anything you want her to do . She was acting like a high school bully. I believe her name was Colleen.
