Midpoint Pharmacy

I used to recommend people to use this pharmacy well, that was when Ahmed worked here he was the most kindest pharmacist and I never missed my refills or run out of medicine. But!!!! Now I am currently looking for another pharmacy. They sign say they are open Saturdays at 9:30am i got here at 1120 am and it's almost 12pm and they are not open at all!!!!! And I need my medicine i can't miss a dose and if I dont get it today I will miss my dose and I asked the pharmacist can I pick it up on Saturday and was reassured they would be open. Smh bad business practice and when I call ahead to ask if I have any refills they never answer my questions correctly or sometime it's a language barrier. I am just frustrated and disappointed in this pharmacy. This is the last straw. I will use shoprite phar

I visited this pharmacy for the first time last week for a covid test. I had called ahead prior to going and Raj promptly answered the phone. He was very friendly and helpful during our call. When I went to the actual location for the test, he was very prompt in assisting my mother and I. He was just as nice in person as he was over the phone and was extremely helpful during my time there. I was thankfully able to find out within minutes that I was negative for covid. His pharmacy is relatively new and it looks very nice so far. You can tell that Raj is a very honest and hardworking person. I will be moving all mine and my family's prescriptions to his pharmacy now.

Most personable pharmacist I have ever encountered. Remembered my name as well as keeps me updated about my orders. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Wait…. Let me do the survey again!!!

A great experience! Customer service was great, the workers were friendly and accommodating. I needed a Covid test done and it was done right on time! They even do rapid Covid testing as well for traveling! Overall, I was pleased with the treatment and atmosphere of the establishment.

Absolutely the best pharmacy I’ve been to. Although long lines for Covid testing, the system put in place was very well organized. Everyone was in and out quickly. Raj is very professional and gives each patient attention they deserve!
