Service provided was great, but no one explained the costs and insurance ahead of the appointment. Bills from our First-Patient visit keep rolling in...$600 and still counting. We even ended up paying $150 for a 5 minute telehealth follow-up call, which Dr. Yuen insisted was necessary. Nobody took the time to tell us what insurance could cover and what it wouldn't, so we feel very taken advantage of. Explanation of charges and payment should be mandatory before anyone is seen by any doctor, especially by an office that charges such exorbitant fees. Unfortunately, because of this, we cannot trust this business. Like I said, the service itself was good, but we're bleeding financially because of someone's lack of concern.

Dr Yuen and Dr Martini both are great I can’t say the same for their front desk Louanne and some of the other staff wich are very rude, unprofessional and very nasty to deal with.. I also have a problem every time I visit I know what my co pay is but for some reason Louanne always says I don’t owe nothing and the I get a bill. Not to mention she doesn’t return calls and when she does it’s to leave a nast or sarcastic reply.

Dr. Stuart Tashman, the nurse practitioner (Liz) and all the staff at Wurtsboro pediatric medical office are FABULOUS!!! Amazing healthcare when you have a medical fragile child or a healthy child that just needs routine medical care! They are simply THE BEST! ♥️

Very negligent! You have to wait weeks out for your next appointment if you need to speak with the nurse about your health concerns.
