Absolutely the best dental professional care I have ever received in my more than seventy years of extensive dental work. I highly recommend this practice. Thank you Dr Lemmons, Kelly best hygienist ever, Desi made me feel so comfortable. I am always greeted with friendly warm welcome by the office staff putting me at ease every visit.

Love Middleton Smiles! My whole family uses this dentist and we always have phenomenal service. My twins are 9 now but have both had to have cavities filled and one even had a tooth pulled. They do a great job keeping them calm and comfortable. Shots barely felt so not sure how they work that magic! They have no fear of the dentist at all! I can’t recommend them enough, dentists, hygienists and even the front office staff are all just the best!

I took my sister here, and I honestly can’t express how grateful I am for this dental office. She struggles with extreme anxiety and has battled addiction in the past, and walking into appointments like this can be incredibly hard for her. From the very beginning, the girls up front were so kind, patient, and genuinely sweet. They treated her with warmth and respect, never judgment. You could see the tension leave her shoulders just by how she was spoken to. The entire staff created a safe, compassionate environment that made her feel human, seen, and cared for. That kind of kindness stays with you. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone — especially those who need extra understanding and grace.

Dr Lemmons did an excellent job on my crown. I have had several crowns and this one is beautiful! Dr Lemmons was replacing an old crown and the new one is far superior. The doctor was juggling an emergency and took the necessary time to take care of both patients. He was kind and explained the necessary procedures. Great office.
