Middlesex Health Urgent Care - Middletown

I was immediately seen today as a walk-in patient at Middlesex Health Washington Street Urgent Care facility by Nicole Kirley (NP). After rapid results all came back negative, Nicole took the next step and ordered additional lab testing. Thanks to her intuition taking that additional step, I tested positive for Flu A. I'll soon be on the mend once my meds kick in. Thank you Nicole and the entire staff for handling my visit so efficiently. Steve D.

I have not been to urgent care in decades and was not sure what to expect. When they called my name, I walked back with the medical assistant (not sure of her name). She was very friendly, professional, and the patient history and taking of vitals was very pleasant and enjoyable. I then saw the PA (Melissa Salonia). She too was very professional and friendly. In addition, I sensed the feeling that she actually cares for you as a patient and is concerned for your well being. The next morning she called me back to provide me with my test results and additional treatment plan. This was a very pleasant experience and I will not hesitate to use this urgent care facility in the future. Thank you.

I booked an appointment online for 1:30PM on a Monday. I arrived at 1:20 PM and was out of there in less than 30 minutes. Everyone was extremely polite and friendly. Nicole was excellent and explained everything thoroughly. I always have great experiences at this walk-in despite what some other reviews say.

I have been to this care center at least 4 times. Most recent visit was today. Each time they are professional, knowledgeable and caring. They diagnosed accurately and provided effective treatment. Highly recommend them.

Initially I thought everything was going smoothly. The woman who checked me in and then took my vitals was great but my appointment was for 12:10 at 1:10 I still hadn’t seen the doctor! What’s the sense in making an appointment, if you still have such a long wait time?! This is ridiculous!
