Had my gallbladder removed from them. Everything was swift and quick. No complaints. Had my appointment and surgery less than 1 week later and now recovering.

Please accompany your loved ones to appointments if you know they are in a vulnerable state. I always had good experiences at Middlesex Hospital and surgical alliance until my recently , in my case I was ignored dismissed and the gaslighting is incredible. I say this especially to people of color watch out for your people.

Being dyslexic I didn’t not realize the amount of stress from my diagnosis along with my mistreatment by my providers equals the intensity of my dyslexia symptoms , my emails that are being shared by staff reflects the amount of trauma that I suffered and continue to suffer but my awareness remains on point, I went to meet with someone at Middlesex and something caught my attention yes I am angry as hell but anger does not equate to violence in my world I know boundaries ( unlike…wink wink)I would never treat anyone as I have been treated let alone stoop to violence So stop with the stereotypical “ I’m afraid for my safety.”Its the entitlement of being able to lie get away with it then cry victim to have me flagged ? WHAT IS GOING ON IN THIS WORLD DOESN'T ANYONE HAVE MORALS ANYMORE ? (

Dr. Augenblick is a very good listener and also asked a lot of questions about my past health history! I'm a new patient and didn't have to wait long at all, very pleased with this group.

Disgusted with this facility the way my sister was treated,the gaslighting is outrageous and to have people ignore the fact that my sister was the victim not the nurse navigator. Absolutely disgusting behavior and from professional healthcare providers shame! I certainly do not recommend!
