I needed to get in for my mammogram before my November appointment due to insurance reasons. Although their schedule was very busy, Leah from scheduling went above and beyond for me to get me in sooner. If she hadn’t have done that for me, I would not have been able to get this vital test done on time and would have to wait many more months . I thank her and her supervisor from the bottom of my heart. Leah’s professionalism and empathy get an A plus from me!

I keep getting texts stating I should contact Middlesex Hospital Radiology Outpatient for scheduling an appointment. I call and I am instructed to call back! Please get your instructions clear between the automatic text message system and your staff! This is very annoying
