Very happy with my experience at this practice. Dr. Katz is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and caring. He made sure to go over issues that I wouldn’t have thought of. I couldn’t ask for a better primary care physician.

I have used this clinic twice in the last year, both for my daughters' annual sports and back to school physical. This past appointment was the absolute worst, to the point I will never return again. The office staff was awful even before we got to the office. When they needed to reschedule her appointment which had been on the books for a year and was already confirmed by me, several times through text message and the portal. I had my first new patient appointment with Dr. B here, the check in process was a breeze, everyone was friendly, helpful, and kind. The lights in the exam rooms are a bit intense but my visit with Dr. B was thorough, gentle, and supportive. She listened to my concerns, respected my identity, and recognized my bodily autonomy.

Most of the front desk staff at this office range from rude to downright dangerously spiteful. They have a policy that patients 10 minutes late need to be rescheduled - stringent but fair. However, they will tell you that 7 minutes late is too close to 10 to be seen. It is very clearly a power trip. I needed to be seen due to miscommunication between a doctor and a nurse (which is becoming a common theme) and I was given a run around until the doctor came out and apologized to me for the issues. Calls to refill a prescription are met with misinformation and a phone hand off of about 5 staff including one who cold transferred me while I was talking.
