Procedure experience AMAZING. Pre- and post-appointment TERRIBLE. I would give 6 stars if I could to my admitting nurse — she was kind, considerate, funny, and incredibly comforting. Dr. Hussain was also kind and thorough, providing detailed information that made me feel confident and informed. All of the nursing staff and doctors were truly great and made the actual procedure experience easy and positive. That said, everything outside of the procedure itself was frustrating. After sending in my personal information prior to the procedure, I was inundated with repeated questions. I’m not sure if the information got scrambled or what, but it was nearly impossible to reach a human during the day. Very positive experience. The staff from beginning to end is very kind and professional. Beautiful office and clean. Dr. Ricci is very thorough, kind and clearly explained everything. I know I’m in good hands. I would recommend this practice to everyone.

I posted an incomplete review earlier and wanted to make sure that I shared how wonderful this group is in caring for their patients. Each staff member has a welcoming smile and offers a special way of helping. I left my appointment with a sense of ease in approaching my next colonoscopy, which in the past has been extremely terrifying because of very bad reactions to the preparation. Dr. Paredes was genuinely concerned and made a new plan with the hope that my blood sugar levels would be better. Emily is always super helpful with her warm and truly caring spirit. She remembers and knows her patients! She can't do enough to make absolutely certain that things are working for their best. My husband and I will go no where else !

This was my first visit, from check-in to the end I had an amazing experience. I needed a procedure pretty quickly and they got me in that afternoon Dr. Paredes and his staff were very professional, comforting, and explained, and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this office To anyone seeking G.I. or endoscopy. I’d give it 1000 stars if I could.

I had my colonoscopy here in 2023 and the team was absolutely amazing! Everyone was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. They found and removed a few precancerous polyps, which I’m so grateful for. The doctors explained everything clearly and I felt really cared for from start to finish. I’ll be back in January 2026 for my next one and honestly wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Highly recommend them to anyone needing a colonoscopy or GI care! Dr. Pratt is awesome!
