Middleburgh Pharmacy and Medical Supplies

I've been going to Middleburgh Pharmacy quite awhile now and have to say that their customer service is outstanding! Peter, the owner, is always helpful and upbeat, along with all the people working for him at the pharmacy. I recently had a question about a prescription and the owner was not in that day but, the pharmacist (Janet) was on duty and went above and beyond to help me out with my prescription. Every time I go into their store, everyone is always smiling, friendly, and ready to help with anything you need even if they are, at times, very busy. I should also mention that, not only do they sell all the medical products one needs (or can order them if they have to) but, they carry an assortment of other products such as cards, small gift items, newspapers, etc. that might be usef

Slightly pricey but GREAT service. Stopped in for a cane because I forgot mine at home and was struggling (I don't always need it). The pharmacist was very helpful and made sure my new cane was adjusted properly. I'd give 10 stars if I could! Thanks for caring about your customers, even the one-off visitors like me!!

Great pharmacy full coverage insurance on line from your company. Very knowledgeable with helpful information about prescriptions and bandages worth the trip.

I don't think I've ever revised a review - but in this case I felt it was necessary. I had given Middleburgh Pharmacy a one star review due an ongoing script issue that had grown far beyond a frustrating level. There was an accumulation of issues that created a "snowball effect" - admittedly, I had reached my breaking point and unfortunately this hit while I was at the pharmacy and I took my anger out on the staff. I was completely inappropriate - raised my voice, cussed, and threw a fit - (none of which I am proud of) yet all the while - the ladies working were very understanding and professional despite my actions. Upon returning this month, low & behold the issue had again lapsed over and naturally I immediately went into defensive mode against the staff before even considering that

I attempted to use this pharmacy once, and that one time helped me realize I should have just stuck with CVS in Cobleskill and never have bothered going local for this. I know now in these times shop local and small is a trend, and it's important for communities to blossom and thrive in a weakened commodity, but my one experience here was quite the opposite of what I see others review this location with. I had switched over from CVS to here and brought over with me my scripts including insulin. I had placed the order like normal and was advised everything would be ready in a few days. During that time I had a follow up with my primary physician who adjusted my insulin dosage and the script was no longer valid. I had gone to this Pharmacy as fast as possible to advise them of the change. Wh
