Top-notch service — highly recommend. The service here is truly amazing. They even delivered my medication directly from their pharmacy to my home in Saddle River, which is about a 30-minute drive that level of care really stood out to me. Everything was handled so smoothly and professionally. Beautiful service all around.

I am truly blown away by the level of customer service shown by Middle Village Pharmacy. They are professional, attentive, and caring. My dermatologist had to fight my insurance to get a medication approved to treat my seb dermatitis and I wound up getting it covered completely and free delivery from the pharmacy. This is the only drug that is really working to keep my condition under control. I'm so appreciative of this wonderful pharmacy. Highly recommend!

Teach your staffs on how to answer the phone. I really had a bad experience regarding your rude staffs. If you don't want your customers/patients to mirror your attitude. I believe they are educated right? Because they work in your pharmacy and in the customer service line. You are giving people a bad mood. If I can give you double zero I would. Your staff pisses me off.

Middlevillage Pharmacy went above and Beyond to deliver my prescription. They’re coming all the way from Clifton to Warren County. That’s a very long drive. The driver was courteous. He arrived in the timeframe that was given to me and I couldn’t ask for better customer service from the staff at Middlevillage Pharmacy in Clifton.
