Midcoast Functional Training, LLC

I found Dr. Lee Spencer based on a recommendation from my Chiropractic Neurologist. "Functional" being the main word in the title of the business is what first got me hooked on the idea of going to Midcoast Functional Training, LLC, but it was Lee that locked me in. He takes a very thorough approach from the start, asking pertinent questions about my pain, my process, my goals and what drives me. This hasn't stopped and I've been seeing Lee since Jan 2025. We began with my shoulders which were injured during my time in the Army and I was in some serious pain and restricted range of motion when I first came to Lee. Lee has been by my side as my health has ebbed and flowed and my shoulders are doing amazing well, with full range of motion back, now we're working on strengthening them.

Very happy I found this training center! Lee & Sarah are both amazing Physical Therapists. I continue to progress w their help/instruction and challenges. They can help you navigate steps to getting and maintaining individual or group exercise. I highly recommend them!
