For someone that is pretty young and has severe dental anxiety due to a past traumatic experience, I had one of the BEST dental experiences ever this past Tuesday! For a little background knowledge, I got the Right side of my wisdom teeth removed at a dental office in Texas and I was supposed to get my left side done along with a crack tooth. However I was in so much pain at this dental office IN TEXAS, I never got my cracked tooth and my left wisdom teeth extracted. A couple weeks back I experienced extreme pain from the cracked tooth, this pain was highly uncomfortable leading me to have an emergency appointment with my actual dental office. They ended up referring me out to a oral surgery office called Bayside however they wouldn't be able to see me until January. I knew my pain was

Just had all four of my wisdom teeth extracted today on 2/20 and I just want to say thank you to the staff for all of their wonderful communication and dental knowledge! No pain after the extraction and swelling lasted for maybe an hour. I feel like nothing ever happened. I don’t want to have to come back but I would be happy to if I needed to 😁 thank you Dr.Folk and team for a great dental experience!!

To start off, I have some anxiety when it comes to dental work, like many out there, so I wanted to share my experience because it's important to know who's chair you'll be sitting in. This place is AWESOME! Dr. Folck and his staff are wonderful! Jennifer at the front desk is so kind and helpful. I scheduled for an emergency wisdom tooth extraction and was in the next day. While there, I had the pleasure of being cared for by Dr. Folck's assistant Wendy, who is just the sweetest woman! She made nice conversation (which helped calm my nerves), kindly checked on me often throughout the extraction and was thorough with after care instructions. Dr. Folck is one in a million! As a nurse, I really appreciate good customer service. I’ll be honest, I’m usually not fond of front desk staff at dental offices because the experience can often feel cold or unpleasant. That was not the case here. Crystal at the front desk is an absolute gem. She is kind, professional, and genuinely cares about what she does, and it truly shows in the way she interacts with patients. That said, there is room for improvement on the back end. The behavior of one of the assistants at the front desk was not appropriate and took away from an otherwise positive experience.
