This office is heartless, received a $8 bill from two years ago to the date right before Christmas from December 2020. My mother passed away in July 2021. I sent in all the necessary documents showing proof of her passing. I called the billing dept. Left a message no call back. I called again to be confronted by a male that said “ well since I’m her child I should care about my mother and do the right thing and take care of the $8 bill, or if I didn’t care about my mother they could forget about it!!!!” I was flabbergasted about the rudeness and down right cold hearted remark from this man who doesn’t know me. Initial appointment was fine. They fit me in for an emergency so I was happy to be seen. The nurse is fantastic. Staff was polite and efficient. Doctor got me on the right path to the facility and doctor who could take care of my issue. After I got out of the hospital I made a follow-up appointment. Subsequently my main doctor for this issue wanted me to only have follow-ups with her. Called to cancel the appointment but the office was closed. They tell you to call back during office hours but DO NOT GIVE THE OFFICE HOURS in the message. Very stupid indeed.
